RESULTS PAGE, 6 MILE LAKE, AUGUST 12,2007
This was probably our largest tournament ever with 17 boats. The weights were probably the largest we have ever had at 6 Mile which is noted for lots of small fish. Most of the big bags had mostly smallmouth. We endured some thunder in the afternoon, but it dried out in time for the weigh in and BBQ. A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our winners, Dan Taylor and Dave Bussieres who weighed in over 21 lb and won by more then 3 lbs. Congratulations to Darryl Krans who weighed in the big fish of the day at 4.60 lb. This is also the largest fish of the year with only one event to go. HUGE THANK YOU to Don Wilson who organized the BBQ and did all the cooking and to all the family and friends who showed up to cheer us on.
HOW DID THEY GET THEM:  Danny put away his spinnerbait and caught his fish mostly on senkos and tubes. Aaron and Don forgot about finness and caught their fish on spinnerbaits. Bill remained true to his reputation and caught almost all of his fish on a wacky rigged trick worm. 34 anglers had 27 limits and only 1 blank.
A total of 122 bass caught, split equally between smallmouth and largies for a percentage of  90%, our best catch of the year except for Bass Lake. 234 lb was the total weight for an average size of 1.9 lb per fish.
